OK, so I can be very good at breakfast as I'm not that hungry. Supper times again I can be good. Either just some fruit/ soup/ small meal etc...
LUNCHTIME's are a different matter. I'm dying:sad: , I get a one track mind on food. I can't eat enough to satisfy my appetite. I'll easily eat 1200+ kcals on a lunchtime meal. So then end up skipping dinner and so on.
I need some help and advice on how to change this rut. What's best to eat at lunchtime? I also crave chocolate after the 'main event' of lunch, so need something to combat that too:huh:
Thanks for looking
