May Challenge?
So I was browsing others' groups for a May challenge. I am late to the party!!! I think we could do one here - you can pick your own goal?? Ideas: Lose 5 pounds, exercise 5 times/week, eat 5 fruits & vegetables per day. I'd like to do all of the above... but need to keep it realistic too. Any takers?

Challenge: increase planks by 50% by Jan. 31
Eventing Nation inspired me to start doing planks when it reported that in USOC athlete testing, Tiana Coudray held a plank position for 7 minutes. Whew! Are you ready to challenge yourself to increase your plank holding time by 50%? Right now I hold for 1 min+, 3 times. Goal is to hold for 1.5 minutes, 3 times.

Challenge: 30 pushups by Jan. 31
OK! Anyone who wants to push themselves (up from the floor, using their arms!) can join this challenge! It is up to you whether you do 30 in a row or not. I can currently do two sets of 15, or 20 in a row, but not 30. Challenge... accepted!

Stretching hip abductors (outsides of hips)?
I do a cable hip abduction exercise (see this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvnR8CDb4BU) I find that I am quite stiff and struggle to do the exercise properly, or to the required reps. So I think this is from riding - but I haven`t noticed if there`s a difference if I`ve ridden dressage or jumping or length of time…
