Going over mfp cals but not over maintenance
I went over by 400 today :O Usually I am under by about 200 ( aiming for 1lb per week ) I was ravenous today plus I didn't work out. Funny that I am hungrier on the day I don't work out. Sort of odd but...ACNE?
So I have been eating a lot better the last few days and working out. I shower right after my workout and wash my face in the morning and before bed but today I have these 4 giant bruise feeling pimples on my forehead and chin! :( I rarely get them so I'm guessing it's from the extra working out or maybe my body purging lol

What is P90x?
I keep hearing about it. I am doing the 30 day shred which I love but looking for something else to try after :) I googled it and found a website about beachbody with various different workouts...yoga booty ballet and all this and some before and after blogs. Help!:p
