Going over mfp cals but not over maintenance

I went over by 400 today :O Usually I am under by about 200 ( aiming for 1lb per week ) I was ravenous today plus I didn't work out. Funny that I am hungrier on the day I don't work out. Could have picked better food but I'm not over maintenance and it's only one day. Do any of you feel like you eat better when you are working out more?
