You aren't sedentary! Change that!
-
I don't binge eat but some days I have 2500 and don't work out so I guess that would be my binge day :p That's usually in wine. ( errr the EXTRA cals ) ;)
-
I don't drink much at all but sometimes a bit of 2% cows milk in my tea...I like chocolate almond milk but I don't drink it much.
-
Your body has to adapt to working out first...Start out slow, make sure you are getting proper nutrition ( esp protein ) and gradually increase the intensity/time of your workouts.. Also rest ;)
-
Just start somewhere...anywhere. You could do a few days of jogging 10 mins a day for 1-2 weeks, then 15 mins for 1-2 weeks, 20 etc! You WILL see improvement but only if you push yourself
-
I still do it sometimes when I am bored but like once a month if that :p
-
I don't remember the inches...I did it 2 years ago for about 6 weeks ( had a few rest days ) and I had results that I was very happy with!
-
wow! you look great
-
-
I have muscle...But my body fat isn't low enough to see it lol
-
I have girl friend who is a big time runner and doesn't go to the gym. As far as I know all she does is run...like mad. She has abs and killer toned legs!
-
put it in as circuit training
-
Eat the 3000 in good whole foods and try to exercise when you can. As your weight goes down MFP will adjust the calories for you and you will see what you need to have. :)
-
Chai Tea Latte :)
-
-
alcohol...yup. :P
-
only shape is genetic
-
Wrong...If you have low body fat you can definitely work out to get ripped abs... I'm pretty sure genetics don't give you 8 packs
-
Then eat lol I always eat after I work out
-
You can really see the difference in your stomach. It looks flatter and you actually have more curve now it seems :)

You arenèt supposed to maintain your weight. You need to GAIN 25-35 lbs if you are in a normal weight range.
-
yes! I also just started lifting
-
Yes you can but what you are eating is what is really going to count.

It is avoidable if you pack snacks and meals to bring places with you. You can also try your best to choose the healthies "fast food" options.
