So i am a slim mesomorph who is relatively lean but i have the arms of a mesomorph. Like it i got a putlre mesomorph and a pure ectomorph my arms would be the same size as the ectomorphs but my legs would be bigger than his. So everytiime i lose weighti it doesnt look good as my arms areookay but i look fat and when i lose weight i look okay but my arms look like sticks. So how can i even out? The muscles that i want to go i porporion with my body are my arms pecks and back muscles. Or can i slim down my body to match my arms then work my way up from there? Thanks.

Im saying that my arms look too small on my body. Like a body builder who never did leg day. Im wondering how i can make my arms suit my body.
It's simple. Train your arms more.0 -
