Am I overtraining?
So I started with going to the gym in the morning before work, about 1 1/2 hour workouts. Then our work slowed down, so my boss started letting us go an hour early every day, so I hit the gym again (it's on my way home). hitting a plateau
So I hit the weights 5 times a week, do at least 30 minutes cardio 5-6 times a week, and I work in construction(industrial electrician) which keeps me moving and lifting things all day. I lost 10 pounds right out of the gate(the first 11 days), and now I'm kinda hovering in the mid 230's. What gives? Is it overtaining?
