Somehow my calorie and macro goals got changed, and no matter what I do I can’t fix it. I have no idea how it happened. Everything is right for today, but starting tomorrow everything is way off! My calorie goal should be 1200, but instead it says 2130, and my macros are at the default of 50/20/30. On my profile everything…

Is it possible...
To drink beer and still lose weight? I know beer is fattening, but what if it is Ultra Light and is included in my calories for the day? I eat very healthy and drink tons (about 120-140oz) of water every day. I just really enjoy relaxing at the end of a 15 hour shift with a beer (or 3 lol).
