To drink beer and still lose weight? I know beer is fattening, but what if it is Ultra Light and is included in my calories for the day? I eat very healthy and drink tons (about 120-140oz) of water every day. I just really enjoy relaxing at the end of a 15 hour shift with a beer (or 3 lol).

Yep. I had a reasonable amount of alcohol the last time I decided to drop some weight and it still came off just fine. Oh, and don't bother with the ultra light stuff if you're gunning for drunk with minimum calories. Watch your percent alcohol to calories ratio, it's not always what you'd figure.0

Yes. It depends on the caloric deficit.
However, beer tends to "bloat" some people, according to numerous sources. I'm not exactly sure how "true" that is, so might want to look that up lol.0
