Time To Move Up?
Hey all! Today will be my 4th day doing 30DS, but I'm wondering if maybe I should go up to level 2? The first two days I really felt the workout, and yesterday I worked out with the same intensity but I'm not sore at all today. Do you think I should go ahead and move up???

Cheat Day?
