I'm starting a Heavy lifting program today and would like to see some results from you guys! Also anyone have a favorite Heavy lifting program????
Ive been working hard for last 3 months to transform my body. My upper body and stomach have improved a ton,..........but i haven't seen any changes in my legs. I really need a good way to lean them out and keep the muscle.........any suggestions?????
