ok I"ve heard alot of people get bored with NROLFW? So I am debating between NROLFW and SL 5x5? Anyone see any huge advantages of one over the other?

i have no idea....I should look into that. I started at 122 and just want to get down to around 105-110

i have been eating a graham cracker, spread with light whip cream and top with a few dark choc chips..put in the freezer and when you eat it, it honestly taste like an ice cream sandwich!!! i believe it's 59 or 69 calories!!! AMAZING!!!
