being sick just stinks...
I have been tracking my food intake... and becoming more conscious of what i eat... and tracking my exercise... and trying to do more... but a few days ago i got sick... i can barely keep broth and toast down.... i have been 'tracking' all month.. and lost a few pounds.. nothing to gloat over...but it was something!... now…

soo.. i am new... and i have questions...
i wanted a goal of 1500 in calorie intake... and today ( my first day) i was way under that ( i only ate 700+) calories..... and the counter automatically upped my caloric intake to 2200!!...WHY? Some of the common things i do each day ..not on the list... i saw cooking/cleaning.... Vaccuuming?, washing the dog??, doing…
