being sick just stinks...

I have been tracking my food intake... and becoming more conscious of what i eat... and tracking my exercise... and trying to do more... but a few days ago i got sick... i can barely keep broth and toast down.... i have been 'tracking' all month.. and lost a few pounds.. nothing to gloat over...but it was something!... now the pages are telling me.. i am too far under my calorie intake... and i run the risk in throwing my metabolism off...
( before i was ill i could barely eat 1200 cal, yesterday/today i barely got to 600)

i need a back rub! LOL
