I have lost 19 pounds and really can't tell it that much in my clothes. My tops and jeans are a little too big but I can still wear them. I can get in some of my OLD size 10's but not all. Would love any feed back on this. I am walking almost every day but I should/need to do more. Wondering if it's my age........58?
Why does mfp say my projected weight loss is 0.8 a week? I want to lose 2 pounds a week but MFP has set my calories as 1,200 with a project weight loss of 0.8 a week. I have tried everything and I can't get it to change. Even came back today and tried again.

I had a protein shake today (GNC). 3 scoops of protein powder with 1 1/2 cups of 1% milk. Thought I was doing great. Only to discover that it had a total of 445 calories :( Does anyone have suggestions on how to make protein drinks that don't have so many calories in them?

I may have finally figured it out!! MFP has me losing 0.08 pounds a week and I want to lose 2 pounds a week. Does anyone know how I can change that? Guess I don't have it figured out.............don't know what I'm doing!!
