I would like to start a new yoga program. The slow stretch, hold a pose type of yoga (Jillian Micheals is not my cup of tea). Any recommendations?

Does anyone else gain when they increase activity?
My ENTIRE life, when I up my physical activity, I immediately put on weight. It is SO frustrating. Busy mom, but I CAN DO THIS! (help me!!)
So, yes...I am a very busy mom, as most moms can attest to. I have been losing and gaining back the same five pounds for about one year now. Good news is that I haven't gotten heavier than that.
