Returning to MPF after years away
I have been away so long, most of the friends I had on here are gone! I need help staying motivated. I have a bad habit of getting complacent after losing about 20 pounds. Help me :-)

Food dreams
Anyone else having food dreams? I had a weird one last night about being in a restaurant and ordering a turkey sandwich. The sandwich maker chewed up the turkey really fast and spit it out on the bun (like how a mother bird feeds a baby bird) . I thought to myself, "I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to eat that'"

Calories - up or down?
I know this is the age old question, but I am still perplexed. I am 5'3" tall (short), 52 years old. I have been at 1300 base calories (not including exercise), have been pretty darn consistent (with the exception of a few days). I noticed that most people are eating more calories than I am. Low calorie dinners
Often times I get to mid-afternoon, add up my calories for the day, and realize I only have 200-250 left until bed (dinner included). SO, I am looking for LOW-CALORIE, FILLING, HEALTHY things to eat for dinner.

1200 calories - is that reasonable?
I have been on MFP for 30 days - have set my daily calorie count at 1200 (not including exercise). At first I was all gung ho, but now I really feel hungry a lot of the day. I am eating veggies, fruits, protein, drinking water, etc, but I think I'm gonna have to up it to 1300 in order to keep going. Is that reasonable? I…

Pot Luck Dinner Control
I have been doing very well thus far since I joined MFP (15 days!). Tonight is the 1st time I am going to a dinner that I do not have control of what is served. My book club meets once monthly and everybody brings food. I find it very hard to "control" myself when there is a smorgasbord available. Help?

Jillian Michaels workout
Do you recommend the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout for someone who is not in very good physical shape yet? Or is it too hard? Someone posted that it is a good 20 minute workout.
