I'm getting closer to my goal weight and the number seems high compared to others. What's your goal weight if you're around 5'9ish?
I have a workout question- Sometimes after I workout I get really confused (like unable to focus, converse, read...) and see spots afterward. This is typically followed by a terrible headache. Does this happen to anyone else? What can I do to stop it?
I'm going out of town this weekend- for birthday parties and an anniversary party. I won't be able to track calories or meal plan. Any suggestions?
