I eat between 1200 -1400 calories a day. I walk off 700 calories a day and now that I have received my fitbit, it is telling me that my daily activities are burning off between 400-700 calories a day. I am typically losing 1/2 to 1 1/2 pounds a day, but I am just starting out (26.6 lbs since Dec 27th.). Any thoughts?
Some of you have been around awhile. If I keep up this momentum, will my weight loss drop off in a bit, or is it possible for it to keep doing it just like this all the way through as long as I keep working as hard??
