Anyone know why there is such a drastic difference in calories burned between what MFP reports it to be and what the gym equipment says? Setting goals. Not my best work. I'm either WAY over enthusiastic (you know i'll lost 20 lbs by the end of the month) or too easy on myself (20 lbs in five months) allowing bad habits to set in.
