I need some help in the motivation department. I keep saying I will start Monday but Monday comes and goes and I'm still right were I was. My nephew was born at 5 am, 8 lbs 2 oz 21 inches! So cute!
......and I'm a little nervous about trying it, just hope I can get through the whole 20 minutes!
Anyone know any beginner workout videos I can try, I have never really worked out before and can't start anything too intense. Of course other than walking, something I can do in my living room while it's snowing outside....shoveling is a good workout too!
