How many calories am I burning?
I've been trying different workouts that I am finding on youtube or websites. How do I know, or estimate,how many calories I'm burning during these workouts?

activity level?
I work 26 hours a week at a fast food place. The other part of my week is spent on computer and doing normal household chores/grocery shopping. Should I enter as sed. or lightly active? Thanks a lot.

how did you shop for the in between weight?
I have lost 15 pounds, woohoo, but all of my clothes (bras included) are too big for me. I love having this problem, but dont have the money to buy new wardrobe now and then again when more weight comes off. I would love to hear what others did during their weight loss journey.
