My story: Female, 27% body fat, 22 years old, vegetarian. MFP says 1620 cals a day, but I go by TDEE calculation and eat around 1800. level 1 easy
Hey- So I just started the 30 day shred this week, and I am finding it pretty easy. Should I just try to put more into each workout or step it up already to level 2? I really want the same results as everyone else in this program, so I want to do it right!
