smith machine....good or bad
I switched my bench press from regular to the smith to work with more weight without a spotter. I am disapointed that when I returned to the regular bench...I had absoulutely no strength gains. Any Ideas why? I am trying to improve my bench to NFL standards.......please any help appreciated

I need some help and advice. I want to improve my running. I know about the run and walk method, while slowly increasing your run distance to goal.
