CHALEAN EXTREME
Is anyone doing her workout dvds??? Im starting tomorrow! I did it before 3 yrs ago for a couple of mths and i got tired of eating healthy so i went back to my old ways, but this yr is different! i love chalean just wondering if anyone is doing the videos :)

im 27 y/o still breastfeeding my 14 mth old, idk if 1200 calories is too little for me to be breastfeeding and getting the proper nutrition that my body needs does anyone have info about this or suggestions? any bfing mamas know about this?
