Homemade bone broth > store bought broth
Just figured I'd share this; here's a video for some really good chicken broth: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fmSfaORNq0 What I really like about this broth is how nutritious it is for you. Stretching Before a Workout
I realize that general muscle stretching should be done after a workout rather than before, but does this principle still hold for mobility work? I'm asking because I'm hit with the double whammy of tight hip flexors and short Achilles tendons, so I feel like it would be reasonable to work on those before starting my lifts.

Goal Bodies!
We all have different, and usually multiple reasons to try to improve our fitness, but let's boast our goal looks for a moment. Mine is Japanese MMA fighter Rin Nakai; not only is she impressively built, but her body type is similar to mine with a heavy frame and just an inch shorter than me. http://i.imgur.com/NFTuB.jpg
