biking outdoors
did a trail today. mostly flat for 16 miles but I didn't keep the time. MFP doesn't let you put the milage in so I'm kinda guessing at the time and it came up that I burned like 1000 calories!! seems a bit high. Is this normal?

microbrew beers and calories/carbs????
how do you count cals/carbs for these? we're all meeting for a full moon (well, technically it's not quite full) run this evening and having a beer afterwards at our favorite brewery downtown. this guy makes great brews and I haven't had one since journaling on MFP. TIA!! :D

Do you actually hit your target weight?
mine is 143 or somewhere between 124 and 159 -something I haven't seen since college- that seems impossible! I'm 39 and have 3 kids. I've already lost 30lbs. (took me 2 years, no joke-but at least it always went down and not up) the last 30lbs just to get to 159 is not budging!!! I feel great now but I would like to get at…
