I work out in the evening as this is the only time I can fit it in. I eat dinner between 5-5:30pm and then start my workout between 6-6:30pm. I don't feel sick or anything during or after my workout but I'm not sure if this is what I should be doing. I tried working out before I ate, but felt very weak and shaky,
I am new to dieting and exercise and was wondering if I should lose the weight (30 lbs) first then start using weights to build muscle or if I should do both as I go? I want to get down to around 130 lbs but am afraid that with doing the strength training, I may only go down to 140-145 lbs... Any input anyone has will be…
