Balancing calories and exercise when in maintenance
I'm currently in maintenance phase and have been thinking about when best to eat my calories. I tend to try to see how much I burn at the end of the day and play catch-up in the evening with food, but is it best to do it that way, or to plan the exercise and approximate burn and more earlier in the day in preparation?…

HRM and tachycardia
I have noticed on some occasions I will go from warm-up to actually running with my HRM chest strap on and my pulse will go up to a ridiculous level. On one occasion it was over 200 and today, hit 169 or so. Meanwhile, I feel fine, not breathless, and I'm moving easily, just freaked out. So I was wondering, anyone else…

Just joined a few days ago. I'm a middle-aged woman trying to take of 10-15 pounds and stay motivated to eat healthy. Also, to exercise as much as I think I should.
