Just joined a few days ago. I'm a middle-aged woman trying to take of 10-15 pounds and stay motivated to eat healthy. Also, to exercise as much as I think I should. About 10 years ago, I took off 60 pounds with Atkins, but for a variety of reasons, about 20 crept back on. My goals are to get fit, lose a few pounds, and arrange my life so I don't have to starve to maintain my weight.
I tried to find friends on here, but got "shopping fatigue"--I just couldn't decide on anything! Too many nice people.
By the way, the hot chick in my profile picture is NOT me. I'm the other one.

lol u r beautiful too, and you seem wonderful both inside and out! I would love to help with your goal, and I can relate because i only have a few pounds to shed and some toning to do, but as i well know those can sometimes be the hardest to dithc! friend me if you wold llike, hope to hear fromyou soon! good luck!0
