Losing Weight in Bunches
When I lose weight, it happens in "bunches". I will go a week or two with NO change, then over a period of about 3-5 days, I will lose 2-4 lbs. Confused about HRM calorie burn
I got my heart rate monitor about 2 months ago. It's a nice one by Polar with a chest strap. Sweetener for my coffee.
Every morning I drink 1 to 1.5 cups of coffee. I just can't stand drinking it without some added sweetener. I used to use Splenda, but then I heard horrible things about it, so I switched to Truvia.
