Exercise on Sunday?
I know that we are suppose to rest on Sundays however, does anyone exercise on Sunday for any reason? I am diabetic and getting daily exercise is extremely important. So close, yet so far....83 down with 25 to go. Progress Pic
I was so excited to reach the "only needing to lose 25 more pounds mark" that I wanted to share. My journey so far has been slow but steady. Just over a year ago I decided to get healthy and so far I have lost 83 of the 108 pounds that I set out to lose. I now only have 25 lbs left to go....Yay!

My second chin is now an Inny, not and Outie
I started loosing weight about a year ago. I have lost 76 lbs so far and I think one of my favorite changes is that my second chin is now and Inny instead of an Outie...Yay!

What is your favorite workout DVD's?
I have a few workouts DVD's that I use, but I was thinking of adding to my collection just for more variety. What are some really good ones? I just ordered a Zumba set, but I am not sure if I can keep up with that yet.

Getting There...72 Down with 36 to go - pics
I started my weight loss journey in 2011. So far I have lost 72 of the 108 that I want to loose. My top weight (first pic) 248, second pic weight 196, third pic is my current weight of 176. I am hoping to loose the last 36 lbs by the end of this Summer
