We just got our first cold snap and I want to die! Just Kidding. During exercise the cold weather really really hurts my throat and lungs - does anyone else get the same burning/dry/pain brought on by cold weather? What can you do to prevent/relieve it? Thanks!
I've just began a "boot camp" and the workouts are intense! I know that stretching will help with the soreness and i cant think of a stretch that will help my hips area closer to the back than the side - like lower booty hip thigh area. Any advice? Websites to check? Thanks!
