Stretching HELP!

I've just began a "boot camp" and the workouts are intense! I know that stretching will help with the soreness and i cant think of a stretch that will help my hips area closer to the back than the side - like lower booty hip thigh area. Any advice? Websites to check?

maybe try googling "glute stretches"
i'm new to exercising but it looks like some of those might help hit that problem area for you

Eye of the Needle is one of my favorite stretches. It's the 2nd pose listed in the link below, instructions below the picture. You could probably look on Youtube too but I don't have access to that from work.
