Christmas Challenge
I dont think it is too soon to start a Christmas challenge. Mabe this will help give me some motivation and also help me not to be one of those "gained 10 pounds over the holidays" statistics. Calorie counting at work
Beginning in January I will be working two 16 hour shifts a week. I am trying to figure out how to count my calories for those two days. Not bad
I decided to weigh every friday and this morning for my first week ( it is actually my 5th day) I am down 3 pounds. Probably would have been more but I was up late and snacked. :grumble: Any how, 3 lbs is 3 lbs.
