Ovulation responsible for gain this week?
I used to be having 1800 calories a day and recently used MFP recommended cals for weightloss of 2lb a week and it was lowered to 1220 a day. I also used to only to 2 - 30min work outs a week but have bumped it up to 5 a week now. I hit my calorie targets everyday and I usually burn 320cals with the use of a chest strap…
