I'm on several medications, but since I started taking Abilify I've gained 2 lbs and just cannot lose weight. I haven't gained more, but no matter what I do I can't seem to make the scale budge. Has anyone lost weight with Abilify and how did you do it? Any insight would be helpful. Thank you!
Hello! I'm new to this program and a little confused about the calorie intake. My full-time job is sedentary, so I marked that as I was filling in my information, but I also work 20+ hours cashiering. Does anyone know if I should adjust anything in my profile for the days I'm working my second job? Thanks!
