Calories for bf mamas
How many calories a day are you consuming? I have read you need 1,500-1,800 to maintain supply (and likely at the higher end). My doc says that is intake regardless of what you do for exercise, but I'm not sure that makes sense to me. I want to lose weight but I want to breastfeed more. Are you ladies taking calories…

How to change your ticker?
Anyone know how to do this? I want to track weight lost and it currently says zero. I have lost 2 since I started logging it again though. It also says I only have 14 lbs to lose which is a dream come true but false. Can you set up goals? I wonder of it is working on my prepregnancy weight.

Caloric deficit but no weight loss?!?

Working out abs
Hi, Are there restrictions / guidelines for ab workouts post partum? I know certain exercises can make abdominal separation worse, but am not sure what. Can't find any good info. Thanks!
