I know there are certain techniques to do to help it close. It is likely best to stop normal abs for now as those can make it worse. :(. I'm not sure the name of the technique but someone posted about it on bbc awhile back.

I agree about lactation cookies. So tasty but not good for us. I decided to try the mothers milk tincture if I have supply problems instead. Got it done. So much more refreshed after a rest day.

Planning on a rest day today. I think 1 a week is important. This way I will be rested for the weekend and hopefully able to hit it harder when dh is home to watch LO. :)

Not bad except I need to go to the grocery store to have more variety. I don't eat too much sugar (except at work and I'm on leave) so it likely won't be too bad.

My SIL came and watched LO when I worked out and showered. I feel spoiled. This workout and my LO have taught me that my long days at the gym are a thing of the past. Quick and intense from now on!

How many calories are you shooting for in a day? I have to go by the 500 estimate bc LO loves to comfort nurse, and we would be at 900 calories a day by the 3 per minute estimate. Ha! I wish!

Ecu Jules sounds like we had similar days! DS was up without a nap for over 6 hrs which is A LOT for him. I finally got him to nap and turned on the white noise full blast so I could get a workout in. Finished day 4. Feeling good except my knees are getting achy. Got it in. Barely. My LO hasn't been much for napping today unless I'm holding him. Pretty sure working out every day will be a struggle. My thought is if I cannot fit in shred, I will wear him and walk on the treadmill. Any other workout ideas you can do when wearing LO?

Sounds good. I will shoot for every day or some workout. I will throw in some barre classes instead as well. Tomorrow will be my first day doing it without dh to watch LO so we will see how that goes. :/
