Sooo Frustrated!!!
Eating according to weight loss plan- exercising 5x/wk and exceeding my 12k step goal everyday , logging all my food and a week later the scale is going up! WTF???

So I have recently started a 60 day challenge at a new gym. Calories from exercise?
I am not as informed as I should be when it comes to my health so I am wondering if we are supposed to use up the calories that I burn when I exercise. Also, I find that if I eat less than the suggested calories, I don't see real results. Looking for some helpful input here :)
