So I have recently started a 60 day challenge at a new gym. It's pretty simple- basically clean eating 3 meals, 2 snacks, fish oil with breakfast and dinner , carbs only in carbs only at breakfast and bcaa pre and post workout . I gave followed to a tee and down 5 pounds first 3 days. I'm in a week and every 2 hours I am starving!! What the heck?? I'm doing what I am supposed to do exercise every day....why am I so hungry???

How many calories does this diet have you eating per day? Is there a chance you are under eating?

Your calorie intake could be too low if you're exercising a lot; make sure you log your exercise and eat between 50-75% of those calories. Your macros could also be off. I find that if I don't have enough carbs, I feel hungry even if I recently had a large amount of protein. I try to shoot for between 40-50% carbs per day.

everyone is different....a lot of people say more protein makes them feel full longer but I find that I'm so hungry within an hour after a big hit of protein that it feels like my stomach is eating itself.....carbs? no prob. I can go hours and hours after some pasta or something and not even think about food.
