treadmill with alternate speeds, how to record burn?
when i use the treadmill, i go on a "walk/run setting". for 30 minutes I do 3.0 mph for one minute, followed by thirty second intervals at 6.5. then i do another 30 minutes at 2.5 / 5.5 mph. i don't know how accurate it is, but according to the machine my heart rate fluctuates between 170-130. how would i record this on…
