Anyone here use a fitness tracker such as Fitbit etc...? I am thinking of getting one. I don't want to spend a lot of money on it, but I want to make sure I get one that works well :)
My co-worker and I just started the South Beach Diet. I have never made it all the way thru Phase 1 of going 14 days without carbs. I am determined to do it this time and jump start my weight loss! I have gone a step further and cut out sodas as well :happy:
