  • I agree! You are not alone in this. I have had the same problems many times. Like others have said, planning is the key. We were on a very tight budget for the past year which forced me to plan every little thing I bought at the grocery store. I am hooked on Pinterest, so I started finding new healthy recipes to try each…
  • I would love to add you and cheer you on! You could be gaining muscle. I know it sounds strange, but you might need to actually increase your calories as active as you are. Check out the group Eat More to Weigh Less. It has some very interesting info that helped me a lot :) Keep it up!
  • Wow! What an amazing story! I am going thru a similar struggle and have decided this time I am sticking with it until I get healthy! You are a great motivation :)

  • Thanks for all the feedback! I think one of these will definitely be my next fitness purchase :)

  • I just started the Couch to 5k program this week. I am loving it! It starts you off slow and you build up to being a runner no matter how heavy you are. I walked my first 5k last month and I am signed up for my second one next weekend. This time, I plan to walk and jog to try to beat my time from the first race. I suggest…
  • I feel your pain! I just started getting back on track 15 days ago. I cut out soda completely and have been traking my calories. I also just walked my firs 5k this past weekend. I usually will lose 1.5 to 2 lbs per week even without exercise. This time around I have lost NOTHING so far! It is so hard to stick to it when I…
