Hi all, I have shared care of my kids with my ex, and I'm looking for some amazing slow cooker, or easy super healthy freezer meals that I can make to eat on the week I don't have the kids. Negative calories from steps
Hi, can anyone explain what the negative calories from achieving your steps goal is about? When I was on 9k steps I had -3 calories, now I've done 20k and it's -30. I thought this would be a good thing, not a bad thing!!!
