Tea during fasting window?
I do 16:8 IF. I know you can do tea and coffee during the fasting window as long as it has nothing in it (milk or sugar). But I like to drink loose leaf white tea that has other ingredients in it like herbs, flowers or dried fruit. I get it from a local tea shop.
