I have a few questions and thoughts. I see alot people people talking about 1200 calories. Where does this number come from? I assume everyone is different weight/height/whatever. When I joined, I put in my weight and activity level and MFP said I could have 1910 calories per day + whatever calories I burn during exercise.…

Too Much Protein
I have been doing great using MFP. My big concern is: I havebeen eating way to much Protein. Any thoughts?

How accurate are the calorie counts
I have been dieting for about 4 weeks now. I started on this site this past Sunday. I punch my food into the search line. I notice there are variances in the amount of calories. I always try to use the HIGHER calorie numbers. Any thoughts?
