gsp rushfit calorie burn?
Hi all I'm looking for a bit of help am doing the 'rushfit' program along side my diet and was wondering if anyone could tell me what. Sort of calories each of the workouts will burn? im strugglingto work out what I should record them as on my tracker Cheers Andy,

lifting weights, but how do i count for them
Hi folks I just started a 5x5 strength lifting program, but I'm wondering how i should record this in MFP, according to the exercise roofer strength training burns no calories, but this can't be right, i just spent 25 mins in the gym lifting weights and I'm starving :) Any tips?

was under goal everyday, and exercised and still no loss
Hi folks, I've been going for a few weeks now and have dropped 14lbs. last week i was under my goal everyday, plus i exercised more than usual (i only ate some of the calories back) but on my weekly weigh in this morning i hadn't shifted anything at all. despite being on a 2lb a week program.
