How accurate is the dreaded pie chat??
I always thought I had a very carb heavy diet, but after logging for a few weeks my pie chart is looking almost spot on! My average consumption is 53% carbs, 29% fats, 18% proteins. Is this a good balance? I would've though that was considered carb heavy, but it's only a couple of % of off MFPs goals.

Finally the scale has moved!
