I think we are due for a check in so I think I will start:) I had a loss of 4lbs this week which brings we to a total of 6lbs!Yeah!! I have been working out 3 days a week and I have also keep up on the walking:) Feel very good about all of my work and am excited to see how everyone else is doing:)
